30-Day Returns
You may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund of the product price.
Return Eligibility
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
- All original tags and labels must remain attached.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging where possible.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
- Items returned without original tags.
- Final sale or clearance items, unless faulty or required by law.
- Customised or personalised products, unless faulty or incorrect.
How to Start a Return
- Contact us at support@pellira.com within 30 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
- Send the item back using a trackable shipping method.
- After inspection, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear after it has been processed.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible and include photos where applicable.
Where required, we will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
If a product experiences a major failure, you may be entitled to a replacement or refund. You may also be entitled to compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
